This is the definitive option file out there at the moment
and huge credit goes to the whole team for the effort throughout the year but
for V4 but a special credit to @paul2478_PESOF for taking the
reins on this one and doing most of the work, a real legend of the community
and a true gent we are proud to have in PES Universe.
Kit updates by @nemesiskid and @klashman69, SelfBias and
@carrasco1live and Carra also did the the La Liga updates too.
So onto the option file itself. There are two options
available below:
Option A – 1 Click Import with no stadium images
for La Liga 123, Serie B, Ligue 2, Chilean League or S.A national teams and the
J-League Kits are omitted to save space also.
Option B – 1 Click import with everthing but no
Liga MX or J-League kits. *This option includes La Liga 123 3rd Kits and all
stadium images.

Check the notes and guide if you have any trouble and make
sure to import National Teams first if you want to 100% have no duplicate
players.
